  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, vegetable oil, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Add the dry ingredients to the pumpkin mixture and stir until just combined.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
