Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x9-inch baking pan.

In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of the prepared pan to form the crust.

In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add pumpkin puree, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.

In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, pumpkin pie spice, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the pumpkin mixture, mixing until just combined.

Pour the batter over the crust in the baking pan. Smooth the top with a spatula.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.

Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan for 1 hour. Then refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight.
