  2. In a large bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, molasses, brown sugar, melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, ground cinnamon, ground ginger, ground nutmeg, and salt.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  5. In a small bowl, combine the rolled oats, chopped pecans, and powdered sugar.
  6. Press two-thirds of the dough mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
  7. Spread the pumpkin mixture evenly over the dough.
  8. Sprinkle the oat mixture over the pumpkin layer.
  9. Crumble the remaining dough over the top.
  10. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until golden brown.
  11. Allow to cool in the baking dish for 30 minutes before cutting into bars.
