  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, eggs, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla extract, salt, and milk until well combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into individual ramekins or a baking dish.
  4. Place the ramekins or baking dish in a larger baking pan and fill the larger pan with hot water halfway up the sides of the ramekins or baking dish.
  5. Bake for 40 minutes or until the custard is set around the edges but still slightly jiggly in the center.
  6. Remove from the oven and let the custard cool in the water bath for 30 minutes.
  7. Remove the ramekins or baking dish from the water bath and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until chilled.
  8. Serve chilled and enjoy!
