Ingredients
  • 2 cup Puffed grains
  • 200 gram Dark chocolate
  • 2 teaspoon Coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoon Cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoon Maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoon Shredded coconut (optional)
Instructions
  1. In a heatproof bowl, melt the dark chocolate and coconut oil over a pot of simmering water.
  2. Once melted, remove from heat and stir in the cocoa powder, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
  3. Add the puffed grains to the chocolate mixture and stir until well coated.
  4. Place the mixture in the refrigerator to chill for 2 hours.
  5. Once chilled, shape the mixture into small truffles using your hands.
  6. Roll the truffles in shredded coconut, if desired.
  7. Place the truffles in an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
