  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry sheets and cut them into 6 equal squares.
  3. Place the squares on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. In a mixing bowl, whip the cream until stiff peaks form.
  6. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the whipped cream and mix well.
  7. Once the puff shells have cooled, carefully slice off the top third of each shell.
  8. Fill the bottom part of each shell with a dollop of whipped cream.
  9. Place some fresh berries on top of the whipped cream.
  10. Replace the top part of each shell.
  11. Dust with powdered sugar.
  12. Serve and enjoy!
