  3. Transfer the dough to a piping bag fitted with a large round tip. Pipe small mounds onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes until puffed and golden. Remove from the oven and let cool.
  5. Slice the cooled puffs in half horizontally. Fill each puff with whipped cream and replace the tops.
  6. Dust with powdered sugar and drizzle with chocolate sauce. Serve and enjoy!
