  2. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, chopped pecans, and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch (23 cm) springform pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, pumpkin puree, granulated sugar, brown sugar, flour, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  5. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
  6. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until the center is set.
  7. Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside for 1 hour.
  8. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
