In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, chopped pecans, and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch (23 cm) springform pan.

In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, pumpkin puree, granulated sugar, brown sugar, flour, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract until smooth.
