Ingredients
  • 500 gram Potatoes
  • 100 gram Breadcrumbs
  • 2 unit Eggs
  • 50 gram Parmesan cheese
  • 10 gram Parsley
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 cup Vegetable oil
Instructions
  1. Boil the potatoes until tender. Peel and mash them.
  2. In a bowl, mix the mashed potatoes, breadcrumbs, eggs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  3. Shape the mixture into small croquettes.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a pan and fry the croquettes until golden brown.
  5. Place the fried croquettes on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
