Ingredients
  • 8 ounce Egg Noodles
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 cup Mushrooms
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh Parsley
Instructions
  1. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, and sauté until translucent.
  3. Add the mushrooms to the skillet and cook until they release their moisture.
  4. Stir in the cooked egg noodles and sour cream. Season with salt and black pepper.
  5. Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
