  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a rectangular shape.
  3. Spread the pizza sauce evenly on top of the dough.
  4. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese, pepperoni slices, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder over the sauce.
  5. Starting from one of the longer edges, tightly roll up the dough into a log shape.
  6. Use a sharp knife to cut the log into 12 equal slices.
  7. Place the slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, cut side up.
  8. Brush the tops of the slices with olive oil.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until the pinwheels are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  10. Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
