Pistachio, Lavender and Honey Sticky Buns

In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, yeast, and salt.

In a small saucepan, heat the milk and butter until the butter melts. Let it cool slightly.

Add the milk mixture and eggs to the dry ingredients. Stir until a soft dough forms.

Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 5 minutes.

Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a clean kitchen towel, and let it rise for 1 hour.

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Roll out the dough into a rectangle.

Spread the pistachios, honey, and lavender buds evenly over the dough.
