Ingredients
  • 8 slice Stale bread
  • 2 cup Milk
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup Raisins
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.
  2. Tear the stale bread into small pieces and place in the greased baking dish.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon.
  4. Pour the mixture over the bread, making sure all the bread is soaked.
  5. Sprinkle raisins on top.
  6. Dot the top with small pieces of butter.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the pudding is set and golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy!
