  2. Melt butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Remove from heat and set aside.
  3. Lay one sheet of phyllo dough on a clean surface and brush with melted butter. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Repeat this process with 5 more sheets of phyllo dough, stacking them on top of each other.
  4. Cut the stacked phyllo dough into 4 equal squares. Place each square into a muffin tin and gently press to form a cup shape.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. Remove from the oven and let cool.
  6. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  7. In a separate bowl, whip the whipping cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
  8. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.

  10. Sprinkle with chopped nuts, if desired.
