Ingredients
  • 2 packet Oreo cookies
  • 1 cup Butter
  • 2 package Cream cheese
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Mint extract
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Whipped cream
  • 4 sprigs Mint leaves
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C). Crush the Oreo cookies in a food processor and mix with melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and mint extract until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in flour.
  3. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan. Smooth the top with a spatula.
  4. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until the center is set. Remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Then, run a knife around the edge of the pan to loosen the cheesecake.
  5. Allow the cheesecake to cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight.
  6. Before serving, remove the cheesecake from the pan and garnish with whipped cream and mint leaves.
