  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well blended. Press firmly onto bottom of 9-inch (23cm) springform pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each addition just until blended. Add sour cream and flour; mix well. Pour over crust.
  4. Bake 40 minutes or until center is almost set. Turn off oven. Leave cheesecake in oven 1 hour. Remove from oven; cool completely. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight. Cut into 16 slices. Store leftover cheesecake in refrigerator.
