Preheat oven to 325°F.

Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan.

Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla with mixer until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing on low speed after each addition just until blended. Stir in chocolate chips.

Pour over crust.

Bake 40 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool completely. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight. Remove rim of pan before serving.
