Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press onto bottom of 13x9-inch baking pan.

Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla in large bowl with mixer until well blended. Add eggs; beat just until blended. Pour over crust.

Bake 25 to 28 min. or until center is set. Cool completely. Refrigerate 2 hours.
