  1. Preheat oven to 325°F. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar; press onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Drizzle caramel topping over crust; sprinkle with pecans.
  3. Beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla with mixer until blended; pour over pecans.
  4. Bake 45 min. or until center is almost set. Run knife around rim of pan to loosen cake; cool before removing rim. Refrigerate cheesecake 4 hours.
  5. Top with whipped topping and additional caramel topping just before serving.
