Melt the white chocolate in a separate microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.

Stir in the remaining peppermint extract.

Pour the melted white chocolate over the set dark chocolate layer.

Sprinkle the crushed peppermint candy canes on top.

Drizzle the vegetable oil over the peppermint candy canes.
