  4. Pour the melted dark chocolate into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly.
  5. Place the pan in the refrigerator for 15 minutes to set.
  6. Melt the white chocolate in a separate microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
  7. Stir in the remaining peppermint extract.
  8. Pour the melted white chocolate over the set dark chocolate layer.
  9. Sprinkle the crushed peppermint candy canes on top.
  10. Drizzle the vegetable oil over the peppermint candy canes.
  11. Return the pan to the refrigerator for 45 minutes to set.
  12. Once set, remove the peppermint bark from the pan and break it into pieces.
  13. Serve and enjoy!
