Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a bowl, mix the peanuts, Parmesan cheese, olive oil, black pepper, salt, and cayenne pepper until the peanuts are well coated.

Spread the coated peanuts in a single layer on a baking sheet.

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the peanuts are golden brown and crispy.
