Peggy’s Peach Bread Pudding

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Cut the bread into cubes and set aside.

In a bowl, whisk together the milk, sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.

Grease a baking dish with butter.

Arrange half of the bread cubes in the baking dish.

Slice the peaches and layer them on top of the bread cubes.

Pour half of the milk mixture over the peaches.

Add the remaining bread cubes and pour the rest of the milk mixture over them.

Dot the top with butter.

Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until the pudding is set and golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
