Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.

In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, and salt. Cut in the butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Press into the prepared baking dish.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until lightly golden.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, corn syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir in the pecans. Pour the mixture over the crust.

Bake for an additional 25 minutes, or until set. Allow to cool completely before cutting into bars.
