  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cream, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix well until smooth.
  2. Crush the chocolate sandwich cookies into small pieces.
  3. Melt the unsalted butter in a saucepan.
  4. Add the crushed cookies to the melted butter and mix well.
  5. Press the cookie mixture into the bottom of a square baking dish.
  6. Pour the peanut butter cream mixture over the cookie crust.
  7. Smooth the top with a spatula.
