In a mixing bowl, combine cream, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix well until smooth.

Crush the chocolate sandwich cookies into small pieces.

Melt the unsalted butter in a saucepan.

Add the crushed cookies to the melted butter and mix well.

Press the cookie mixture into the bottom of a square baking dish.

Pour the peanut butter cream mixture over the cookie crust.

Smooth the top with a spatula.

Cover the baking dish with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.

Once firm, remove from the freezer and let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes before cutting into squares.
