In a medium bowl, combine chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish.

In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Add peanut butter and vanilla extract, and beat until well combined.

Fold in whipped topping until fully incorporated.

Spoon half of the peanut butter mixture onto the crust and spread evenly.

Drizzle half of the hot fudge ice cream topping over the peanut butter mixture.

Repeat layers with remaining peanut butter mixture and hot fudge ice cream topping.

Use a knife to swirl the layers together, creating a marbled effect.
