In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the cream cheese mixture, mixing until just combined.

In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in brown sugar until dissolved. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

Stir in peanut butter chips, chocolate chips, and chopped peanuts into the cooled butter mixture.
