  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry sheet and cut it into 8 equal rectangles.
  3. Spread 1 tablespoon of peanut butter and 1 tablespoon of jelly on 4 of the rectangles.
  4. Place the remaining 4 rectangles on top and seal the edges with a fork.
  5. Brush the pop tarts with beaten egg.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool.
  8. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
