Ingredients
  • 2 cup Rolled oats
  • 1 cup Peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup Honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup Almonds
  • 1/2 cup Dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup Jelly or jam (flavor of your choice)
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the rolled oats, peanut butter, honey, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
  3. Stir in the almonds and dried cranberries.
  4. Press half of the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  5. Spread the jelly or jam over the mixture in the baking dish.
  6. Crumble the remaining oat mixture over the top and press down gently.
  7. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Allow the granola bars to cool completely in the baking dish.
  9. Once cooled, lift the bars out of the dish using the parchment paper and cut into bars.
  10. Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
