Ingredients
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup Cocoa powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup Brown sugar
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup Jelly or jam (any flavor)
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x9 inch baking pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter. Add the granulated sugar and brown sugar, and mix until well combined.
  4. Beat in the eggs and vanilla extract.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. Spread half of the batter into the prepared baking pan.
  7. Drop spoonfuls of peanut butter and jelly onto the batter, then swirl them gently with a knife.
  8. Pour the remaining batter over the peanut butter and jelly layer and smooth the top.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  10. Allow the brownies to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  11. Cut into squares and serve.
