  3. Press two-thirds of the mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish to form the crust.
  4. Spread the peach jam evenly over the crust.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining crumb mixture and sliced almonds over the jam.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely in the baking dish.
  8. Once cooled, lift the bars out of the dish using the parchment paper and cut into squares.
