Ingredients
Instructions
-
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x9 inch baking pan.
-
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter. Stir in the sugar and vanilla extract.
-
Beat in the eggs, one at a time, until well blended.
-
In a separate bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, mixing well.
-
Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
-
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
-
Remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
-
In a small saucepan, heat the creme de menthe syrup over low heat until warm. Stir in the green food coloring.
-
Poke holes all over the brownies using a fork or skewer. Pour the warm creme de menthe syrup over the brownies, allowing it to soak in.
-
In a microwave-safe bowl, heat the chocolate chips and heavy cream in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
-
Pour the chocolate ganache over the brownies and spread it evenly.
-
Let the brownies cool completely before cutting into squares.
-
Serve and enjoy!
