  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry and cut into circles to fit the tart molds.
  3. Press the pastry circles into the molds and set aside.
  4. In a saucepan, whisk together the egg yolks, sugar, cornstarch, milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
  5. Cook the mixture over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens.
  6. Remove the custard mixture from the heat and let it cool for a few minutes.
  7. Pour the custard into the prepared tart molds.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes or until the custard is set and the pastry is golden brown.
  9. Remove from the oven and let the tarts cool in the molds.
  10. Once cooled, remove the tarts from the molds and dust with powdered sugar.
  11. Serve the Pasteis de Nata at room temperature.
