  1. Heat butter in a pan and fry the paneer cubes until golden brown. Set aside.
  2. In the same pan, add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
  3. Add ginger and garlic paste and cook for a minute.
  4. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn soft.
  5. Allow the mixture to cool and then blend it into a smooth paste.
  6. Heat butter in a pan and add the tomato-onion paste.
  7. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Cook for 2 minutes.
  8. Add water and simmer for 5 minutes.
  9. Add fried paneer cubes, kasuri methi, and garam masala. Mix well.
  10. Cook for another 5 minutes.
  11. Add fresh cream and mix well.
  12. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  13. Serve hot with naan or rice.
