  1. Heat oil in a pan and fry paneer until golden brown. Remove and keep aside.
  2. In the same pan, add more oil if needed and sauté ginger, garlic, and green chili.
  3. Add onions and cook until golden brown.
  4. Add tomatoes and cook until they are soft.
  5. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well.
  6. Add capsicum and cook for a few minutes.
  7. Add fried paneer and mix gently.
  8. Cook for another 5 minutes.
  9. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
  10. Serve hot with roti or rice.
