  9. Starting from the long side, roll up the dough tightly and cut into 12 equal pieces.
  10. Place the rolls in a greased baking dish and bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  11. In a small bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and milk to make the glaze.
  12. Drizzle the glaze over the warm cinnamon rolls and serve.
