Ingredients
  • 4 cup Cornbread
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 stalk Celery
  • 4 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Sage
  • 1 teaspoon Thyme
  • 2 cup Chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Pepper
  • 2 large Egg
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Crumble the cornbread into a large bowl.
  3. In a skillet, sauté the onion and celery in butter until tender.
  4. Add the sautéed vegetables, sage, thyme, chicken broth, salt, and pepper to the cornbread.
  5. Mix well.
  6. Beat the eggs in a separate bowl and then add them to the cornbread mixture.
  7. Stir until everything is well combined.
  8. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  9. Bake for 40 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
  10. Let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
