Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a bowl, mix together the oats, flour, baking soda, and salt.

In a separate bowl, cream together the melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar.

Beat in the egg and vanilla extract.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until well combined.

Grease a mini muffin tin and press about 1 tablespoon of the dough into each cup.

Make an indentation in the center of each cookie cup and fill with Nutella.
