Oatmeal Cranberry Almond White Chocolate Chip Cookies
Oatmeal cookies were originally made with oatmeal as a health food, but the addition of cranberries, almonds, and white chocolate chips adds a delicious twist.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the oats, flour, baking soda, and salt.

In a separate large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.

Beat in the egg and vanilla extract.

Gradually add the dry ingredient mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.

Stir in the dried cranberries, sliced almonds, and white chocolate chips.

Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
