  5. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  6. Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead gently a few times.
  7. Pat the dough into a 1-inch thick circle and cut into 8 wedges.
  8. Place the scones onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Allow the scones to cool for 10 minutes.
  11. In a small bowl, whisk together powdered sugar and milk to make the glaze.
  12. Drizzle the glaze over the cooled scones.
