Melt the white chocolate and pink candy melts separately.

Dip each Nutter Butter cookie into the melted white chocolate, covering it completely.

Place the coated cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Place two edible candy eyes and a mini chocolate chip for the nose on each cookie.
