Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large bowl, crumble the tofu and add breadcrumbs.

Finely chop the onion, carrot, bell pepper, and garlic.

Add the chopped vegetables to the bowl with tofu and breadcrumbs.

In a separate bowl, whisk the egg, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and black pepper.

Pour the egg mixture into the tofu mixture and mix well.

Transfer the mixture to a greased loaf pan and press it down evenly.

Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes.

Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes.
