  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate large bowl, cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract.
  5. Gradually mix in the dry ingredients, alternating with the milk.
  6. Spoon the cupcake batter into the lined muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
  7. Use a teaspoon to drop small dollops of Nutella onto each cupcake.
  8. Use a toothpick or a skewer to swirl the Nutella into the batter, creating a marbled effect.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a cupcake comes out clean.
  10. Allow the cupcakes to cool in the tin for a few minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
