Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a mixing bowl, combine Nutella, egg, flour, baking powder, sea salt, sugar, butter, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.

Roll the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Flatten each ball with a fork to create a crisscross pattern.

Sprinkle sea salt on top of each cookie.

Bake for 10 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes.
