  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Crush the chocolate cookies and mix with melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
  3. Pour half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust. Drop spoonfuls of Nutella over the mixture and swirl with a knife. Pour the remaining cream cheese mixture over the Nutella layer.
  4. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is set. Remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  5. In a separate bowl, whip the whipping cream until stiff peaks form. Spread the whipped cream over the cooled cheesecake. Sprinkle with chocolate chips.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
