  5. Divide the dough into two equal portions and shape each portion into a log about 2 inches in diameter.
  6. Wrap the logs in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  7. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  8. Slice the chilled dough into 1/4-inch thick rounds and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
