Peel, core, and slice the apples. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, sugar, sour cream, melted butter, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and salt.

Add the cooked noodles, sliced apples, and raisins to the bowl with the egg mixture. Mix well to combine.
