Cheesecake is believed to have originated in ancient Greece and was served to athletes during the first Olympic games.
This is vegetarian and gluten free recipe. Dish can be prepared in 260 minutes. Recipe requires some culinary experience (medium difficulty). Number of ingredients: 8.

In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.

In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Melt the white chocolate and add it to the cream cheese along with powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.

In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.

Pour the filling over the crust in the springform pan. Smooth the top with a spatula.

Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 4 hours, or until set.

Serve chilled, topped with fresh berries.
