Crush the coffee cookies into fine crumbs.

In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.

Add powdered sugar, heavy cream, instant coffee powder, and vanilla extract to the bowl. Mix well.

Add the crushed coffee cookies to the mixture and stir until combined.

Shape the mixture into a roll shape and wrap it tightly in plastic wrap.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Remove the plastic wrap and roll the chilled mixture in cocoa powder.
