In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork. Add the eggnog, melted butter, granulated sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract. Stir until well combined.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, ground nutmeg, and ground cinnamon.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture, stirring until just combined. Fold in the chopped walnuts.
