  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate large bowl, melt the butter. Add the granulated sugar and brown sugar, and mix until well combined.
  4. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredient mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. In a small microwave-safe bowl, heat the peanut butter for about 30 seconds until softened.
  7. Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan. Drop spoonfuls of the softened peanut butter on top, then swirl it into the batter using a knife.
  8. Sprinkle the chocolate chips evenly over the batter, then pour the remaining batter on top.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
